7. Payments and Fees

However, we do not make coverage determinations or approve/deny claims. All claims decisions are made solely by the insurance carrier.

10. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any losses arising from insurance carrier decisions, delays, or denials
• We are not responsible for gaps in coverage or uninsured losses
• Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions received on your policy
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or coverage terms

11. Insurance Carrier Relationships

We work with multiple insurance carriers but do not represent all carriers in the market. Our recommendations are based on:

• Your stated needs and circumstances
• Available products and pricing
• Carrier financial strength and reputation
• Our professional judgment and experience

You are free to seek insurance from other sources and should compare options before making a decision.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Veera Insurance or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
